Palisade provides email security solutions designed to protect against spam, phishing, and other email-related threats.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Palisade, its officers, directors, employee, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Palisade makes no warranty or representation on the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Services.

In no event will Palisade, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You and Palisade agree to arbitrate any dispute arising from these Terms or relating to the Services, except that you and Palisade are not required to arbitrate any dispute in which either party seeks equitable relief for the alleged unlawful use of copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, trade secrets, or patents.
GENERAL TERMS
If any part of the Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
